How are bids sourced?
Our team reaches out to contractors and vendors that fit your trade, location and project size, then follows up until their bids come in. You do not have to make a single call.
How many bids will I get?
We aim to deliver 3 to 5 bids per project, with an average turnaround of 5 to 7 business days.
What does it cost?
You pay AdoreList a service fee for sourcing, vetting and delivering bids. See our pricing page for current options. Contractor pricing is separate and set by each vendor.
How does vetting work?
We check each contractor’s license, insurance and certificate of insurance, references, past multifamily work and capacity before they bid on your project.
What happens after I choose a contractor?
We help with introductions and next steps. The contract and the work are between you and the contractor you select.
What is your refund policy?

Is AdoreList a contractor?
No. AdoreList is a bid-sourcing and vendor-matching service. We do not perform construction work, and we do not guarantee contractor performance or final pricing.
